Orders are reviewed and processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time includes order verification, container availability confirmation, and coordination with freight providers. Orders are not dispatched until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business hours for order processing are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).

Shipping Method

All containers are delivered using freight transportation, not standard parcel or courier services.

Shipping is coordinated through third-party freight carriers selected based on container size, destination, and logistical requirements. Delivery method and scheduling are subject to carrier availability and site access conditions.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines consist of two components:

  • Handling Time: 2–4 business days
  • Transit Time: Typically 5–7 business days after dispatch

Total delivery time may vary depending on location, carrier scheduling, weather conditions, and site accessibility. Estimated delivery timelines are provided after order confirmation and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Coverage

Shipping is currently available to eligible locations within the United States.

Delivery availability may be limited in certain regions due to freight restrictions, access limitations, or carrier constraints. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on container size, destination, and freight requirements.

Where a flat shipping rate is displayed, it represents a standard freight estimate and may not reflect site-specific delivery or unloading requirements. Final shipping costs are confirmed prior to dispatch.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for freight equipment. This includes adequate space for delivery vehicles and any required unloading equipment, such as forklifts or cranes.

If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions or access limitations, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.

Order Tracking

Once a container has been dispatched, tracking or delivery coordination details will be provided where available. Freight shipments may not offer real-time tracking comparable to parcel carriers.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests for order changes or cancellations must be submitted promptly.

Orders that have entered processing or freight coordination may not be eligible for modification or cancellation. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for additional details.
