Return Shipping Information: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking capabilities to guarantee the safe return of the container.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY:

Container Sales and Rentals: Refunds are available for unmodified containers that remain unused and unaltered.

Customization Services: Please note that customization services are non-refundable once work has begun, as they are specifically designed to meet your unique requirements. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the customization or encounter any defects, please consult our “Quality Assurance” section below for further assistance.

  2. Assessment: Our team will evaluate the reported issue to determine if it falls under our quality assurance policy.

  3. Resolution: If we confirm that the issue is indeed a defect or quality concern, we will collaborate with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Customized containers once customization has begun.
  • Containers that have been used or modified after purchase.

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
