Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only for unused and unmodified shipping containers, subject to the conditions described in this policy.
Containers that have been altered, customized, installed, or used after delivery are not eligible for return.
Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, customers must contact Colli Trans Containers within the applicable return window using the contact details provided below.
Return requests must include:
- Order reference information
- A description of the reason for the return
- Supporting documentation or photos where applicable
Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to confirm eligibility under this policy.
Return Authorization
Approved return requests require a Return Authorization (RA) before shipment.
Containers returned without prior authorization may be refused and are not eligible for refund.
Once authorized, customers will receive instructions regarding return preparation and coordination.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return transportation costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Return shipments must be arranged using appropriate freight transportation and comply with the provided return instructions.
We recommend using insured freight services to reduce the risk of damage during return transit.
Condition of Returned Containers
Returned containers must be:
- Unused
- Unmodified
- In substantially the same condition as delivered
Containers that show signs of use, damage, or modification may be rejected or may result in a partial or denied refund.
Customized and Modified Containers
Customized or modified containers are non-returnable and non-refundable once customization or modification work has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to, structural changes, electrical installations, interior build-outs, or other customer-requested alterations.
Quality Concerns and Defects
If a container is delivered with a verified defect or damage attributable to manufacturing or handling prior to delivery, customers must notify Colli Trans Containers within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Upon review, resolution options may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and availability. Resolution decisions are made in accordance with this policy and applicable regulations.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Returned containers are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If a return is approved following inspection, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or modified containers
- Containers that have been used or installed
- Containers returned without authorization
- Containers damaged after delivery due to site conditions or handling
Cancellations
Order cancellations are subject to review and may not be possible once processing or freight coordination has begun. Please refer to our Payment Policy for additional details regarding cancellations.
